RECOMMEND POINT
The beauty of high-quality amblygonite is displayed in its large size.

Amblygonite is a rare gemstone with a pleasant clear mint color.

This is a high-quality stone that has been carefully polished into a large, impressive 3.5 carats and is almost free of inclusions.

This gemstone was named amblygonite by the German mineralogist Breithaupt after the Greek words Amblus (blunt) and Gonia (angle).

By the way, as an aside, in the same way as comparing the components of topaz, crystals that contain F (fluorine) are called amblygonite.
When replaced with OH (hydroxyl group), montebrasite exists.

Until around 2015, there was a small amount of amblygonite in circulation, but since then, although there is information about the production of its sister stone, montebrasite, there is no information about amblygonite itself.

This stone is an old stock that has been carefully stored since then.

It is difficult to say what the future holds, but at present high-quality amblygonite has already been purchased by collectors, and it is thought to be quite difficult to obtain on the market unless it is distributed through secondary channels.

If you don't have one yet, this is a rare stone that you should definitely check out.
