RECOMMENDED POINTS
This large oligoclase is highly recommended for collections.
Oligoclase (Oligoclase) boasts high transparency.

Oligoclase belongs to a group of minerals called feldspar and is a gemstone that is intermediate between andesine and albite.
It is a sister stone to labradorite and moonstone.

The name oligoclase comes from the Greek words "oligo" meaning "a little" and "klassos" meaning "crack", meaning that it is less likely to break than other gemstones.
(In reality, it is impossible to compare them since they are natural stones.)

As an aside, oligoclase, andesine, and labradorite crystals that have special optical effects (glitter-like light phenomena) are called sunstones.

Oligoclase has a smooth, opal-like texture when held in the hand, but it is also characterized by a strong metallic shine and is a gemstone with a wonderful luster.

As can be seen from the complex chemical relationships of the feldspar group, most of them contain some color, and crystals like this one, which are almost colorless, are very rare.

Oligoclase itself is very rarely available on the market, and even the largest gem-quality stones are only around 3 carats.
Crystals over 10 carats like the ones we are introducing this time are quite large.

Moreover, it is very clear and of high quality.

As you can see in the photo, there are some tiny inclusions, but they are barely noticeable to the naked eye.

Large oligoclase that emits a brilliant, sharp shine.

It's a very interesting piece to add to your collection.
I would be grateful if you could take a look at it.
