[Loose stone appraisal certificate included] A beautiful collection stone! Parrot Color Enstatite 1.99CT
Enstatite is a rare stone known only to those in the know. Enstatite is a mineral that is formed as a solid solution of magnesium and silicate. Its magnesium content gives it excellent fire resistance, and its name is said to come from the Greek word "entates" (opposition). Its Japanese name is "Gankaseki" (fire resistant stone), and as the name suggests, it has excellent fire resistance. In particular, there are very few gem-quality crystals that can withstand cutting, and the mineral is usually used for fire-resistant materials and industrial products, and cut stones are only occasionally available for collections. The basic color is brown, but multi-colored versions with brown and yellow mixed in are also very attractive. This time, we have a very rare parrot green color that has recently been discovered in Myanmar. The parrot-like fluorescent color is very attractive, making this a stone that is not only rare but also gorgeous. When we first had an appraisal agency examine a master sample of enstatite, it took a long time to obtain it because there were so few of this type of color. I think it is rare to come across enstatite of this color anywhere in the world. Due to the nature of minerals, there will inevitably be some inclusions and small scratches, but they are not noticeable to the naked eye. There are only a few of these available, so it is possible that we may no longer be able to offer them in stock at any time. Collectors please take note. |
