A rare stone with fascinating mysterious inclusions!
Golden Danburite 2.62 CT

RECOMMENDED POINTS
This is a rare golden stone among the rare stones, Danburite!

A harmony of divine color and rutile inclusions.
Rare golden-colored Danburite.

The long bucket cut style gives it a lustrous sparkle and sharp shine that is very attractive.

Danburite was named after the town of Danbury in Connecticut, USA, where it was discovered.

It is a gemstone with a structure similar to topaz in terms of crystal shape, color, etc., so it can be confused visually, but it is relatively easy to distinguish because it has a high refractive index, a glossy surface, and a strong light reflection.

Danburite is generally colorless or brownish in color, but pink or yellow appears in rare cases.

This varies depending on the soil of the place of origin, and the gold color is thought to be caused by iron and titanium.

By the way, it seems that colorless or pale pink ones are more common in Mexico.

We have introduced many Danburite stones to our shop.
Most of it is pure white, colorless crystals from Mexico.
This is because the brown color is too strong rather than yellow and there are many low quality ones.
I didn't handle it.

While gem-quality danburite that can be cut is already considered rare, golden danburite like this one, like the pink one, is valued much more highly due to its rarity than regular danburite.

Also, if you look closely at the photo, you can see needle-like inclusions within the crystal.

When we submitted the master stone stored in our store to an appraisal agency, we were told that with current appraisal technology it is extremely difficult to determine its composition unless it is destroyed and examined directly, and that the composition is unknown.

It has been determined that this is not rutile, which is often found in quartz, but a slightly yellowish tubular inclusion.

This phenomenon is often seen in crystals from Tanzania.
It is a mysterious stone shrouded in mystery due to its rarity.

Danburite, which shines golden and has a brilliance far greater than that of topaz, the November birthstone, is a perfect example of an unknown gemstone.

I think there are very few people who own it.
This is a collector's stone that you should definitely pay attention to.
