RECOMMENDED POINTS
An extremely rare stone loved by people all over the world.
A faceted raspberry.

"Raspberry (Petzottaite)"

If you are a jewelry collector, you have probably heard this name at least once.

When it was first discovered, it was thought to be a type of beryl, and was nicknamed raspberry or pink beryl because of its gentle color. However, because its refractive index and specific gravity are clearly different from those of beryl, it was announced as a new mineral, pezzottaite, in 2003.

By the way, the name Petzotite comes from the name of the doctor who analyzed this mineral.
Our store still uses the nickname "Raspberry", which has spread throughout the world.

It became a hot topic at the Tucson Show in the United States, the world's largest jewelry show, held in 2003.

Unlike other gemstones, it is not produced in sufficient quantities, the size of the raw stones is small, and there are very few gem-quality crystals, making it an extremely rare gemstone that disappeared soon after.

The soft raspberry pink color is attractive, but there are so few of them that you have to choose the condition of the loose stone, making them extremely collectible.

If you are interested, I would be grateful if you would keep it in mind.
