Peridot from Koistan, Pakistan, with an impressive green color emitted from large 4CT crystals. Peridot is a gemstone that is relatively widely distributed, but most of them are up to about 2CT, and the color often includes a brownish tinge, and the large, bright green, and loose ones like the one shown here are very rare. The number of crystals is small and rare. You can also check the lily pad inclusions (inclusions that look like water lily leaves), which are unique to peridot, with a loupe.
