大粒クラスとされる１ＣＴの存在感溢れるグリーンガーネットのご紹介です。

この宝石は1968年ケニアのツァボ国立公園から発見されたグリーンのガーネットにティファニー社がツァボライトと命名しプロモーションしました。

宝石名は通常グリーングロッシュラーガーネットとなり、コマーシャルネーム(別名)はツァボライトと呼ばれています。

力強いカラーのグリーンは他の宝石では見れないような力強いカラーでグリーンの美しさをこれでもかと見せつけてくれます。

針上の内包物や微少なチップなども含まれる結晶ではございますが、グリーンガーネットの中では大変内包物が少ない良質結晶です。
完璧な物は中々存在しない天然宝石ですが、欠点ををもろともしない、強烈なグリーンには見とれてしまう程です。
