RECOMMEND POINT
A rare stone with an attractive plump cabochon and gentle blue color!

Aragonite has an attractive gentle sea blue color.
I think very few people have it.

It is a very delicate mineral and a very difficult gemstone to cut.
These are what we call collection stones.

There is a gemstone called calcite that is a sister stone to aragonite.

Both are minerals made of calcium carbonate and have almost the same composition, but the way they form is apparently subtly different depending on factors such as temperature and pressure, making this a rather niche subject.
It's quite difficult to tell the difference at first glance.

It is a gemstone that is rarely seen on the market as a loose stone, but most of the blue aragonite on the market is yellow, and the blue aragonite is in very low circulation, making it even rarer and a so-called collector's stone.

How about adding this to your collection?
