A rare stone with mysterious inclusions!
Golden Danburite 2.62CT

RECOMMEND POINT
This is a rare golden stone among the rare Danburites!

A harmony of divine colors and rutile-like inclusions.
Rare golden colored danburite.

The long bucket cut style has a glossy shine and a sharp shine that is very attractive.

Danburite is named after the place where it was discovered in Danbury, Connecticut.

It is a gemstone with a structure similar to that of topaz in terms of crystal shape and color, so they may be confused visually, but it is relatively easy to identify because of its high refractive index, surface luster, and strong light reflection.

The color of Danburite is basically colorless or brownish, with pink and yellow colors appearing very rarely.

This color varies depending on the soil where it is produced, and the gold color is thought to be due to iron and titanium.

By the way, it seems that there are many colorless or pale pink varieties produced in Mexico.

At our store, we have introduced many types of Danburite, but most of them are pure white colorless crystals from Mexico.
We did not handle it because it was much more brown than yellow and of low quality.

While gemstone quality that can even be cut is considered rare, golden danburite like this one, like pink, is valued much higher than regular danburite due to its rarity.

Also, if you look closely at the photo, you can see needle-like inclusions within the crystal.

When we submitted the Master Stone that we keep at our store to an identification organization, the answer was that it was unknown, as with current identification technology it is extremely difficult to determine its composition unless it is destroyed and inspected directly.

It has been determined that this is not the rutile that often exists in quartz, but rather a slightly yellowish tube-like inclusion.

This seems to be a phenomenon often seen in crystals from Tanzania.
It is a mysterious stone that is shrouded in mystery due to its high rarity.

Danburite, which shines in a golden color and has a much stronger shine than topaz, the birthstone for November, is a representative example of an unknown gemstone.

I think there are quite a few people who own one.
This is a collector's stone that you should definitely pay attention to.
