This is a large 35 carat Madeira beryl!

This large 35 carat beryl shines elegantly in a deep orange color reminiscent of Madeira wine.

Yellow beryls include heliodor and golden beryl, but this one is a deep orange color that is rarely seen.

We purchase raw stones and cut them at our factory in Thailand.

According to the buyer, this is a new color that was released in 2023.
Around 20 large beryls came to our store at the same time as this beryl, but most were yellow and golden, and only two were this Madeira color.

The intensity of yellow beryl's color is determined by the transfer of electronic charge between oxygen and trivalent iron ions, but the mechanism by which this color occurs is unknown, and it is not certain whether this color just appeared by chance or whether it will be produced in the future.

As of 2025, there are still no new shipments and we have already given one stone to a customer, so this will be the last stone in our store.

Since there are citrine crystals of the same Madeira color, we immediately checked it for identification and found that it is definitely natural beryl.
