[Loose stone identification certificate included] A beautiful green rare stone Parrot Color Enstatite 0.96CT
Enstatite with extremely rare color discovered in new mine in Myanmar The color is similar to parrot chrysoberyl. Most rare stones tend to have subdued coloring, but this one boasts the vivid color of parrot color. Unfortunately, I have not seen many in this color. As for the mineral, enstatite is a solid solution of magnesium and silicate. Due to its magnesium content, enstatite is a mineral with excellent fire resistance properties, and its name is said to come from the Greek word "entates" (opposition). Its Japanese name is Gankaseki, which literally means "fire resistant." Enstatite is basically brown in color, but crystals with such vivid colors defy conventional wisdom. Although there are inclusions and depressions, this is an extremely rare color of enstatite, so we have kept cutting and polishing to a minimum in order to maintain the 1 carat size as much as possible. It may be difficult to achieve perfection, but rest assured that you will be able to fully enjoy the beauty of this rare gemstone. Enstatite with a wonderful parrot color. I highly recommend this stone for your collection. |
