A rare gemstone that sparkles brilliantly
Raspberry (Pezzottaite) 0.68 CT

RECOMMENDED POINTS
A gorgeous and rare stone that sparkles in a plump pear-shaped style!
This raspberry is captivating with its vibrant pink color.

The soft pink glow is accentuated by the beautiful pear-shaped crystals.
This is raspberry (petzottaite), which is extremely rare.

Raspberyl (Pezzottaite) is a new mineral discovered in 2002 and is only found in certain parts of the world.

Initially, it was thought to be a variety of beryl, and so it spread around the world under the names raspberry and pink beryl.

Later, it was discovered that some of the beryllium contained in beryl had been replaced by cesium and other elements, and it was recognized as a new mineral.

The official name is Pezzottaite, named after Dr. Federico Pezzotta, an Italian geologist and mineralogist.

Even today, the gemstone market names for it are raspberry and pink beryl.

Like emeralds, which are in the beryl family, they are prone to inclusions, but their extremely low production makes them a rare gem suitable for collection stones.
It is a gemstone that can be considered a rare stone.

This gemstone has inclusions typical of crystals, but it also sparkles with a greater clarity.

Production is limited to a few areas, and due to the small amount of production, heavy machinery cannot be brought in, and because it is hand-mined, only a small amount is available, and the stone is currently almost depleted.

While gem-quality stones are said to be extremely rare, it is not easy to come across such beauty.

Enjoy the rare, gem-quality beauty of raspberry.
