Large angel hair scapolite that combines power and mysterious beauty.

This crystal has been extremely popular in our store since it first appeared as a new species in 2013, but it is rare to find one as large as 40 carats.

The crystal also contains needle-shaped inclusions, which are the greatest attraction of this gemstone, and the rainbow-colored iridescence can be seen dynamically.

Among colored stones, there are very few crystals that exhibit rainbow-colored iridescence (a special effect that makes the stone appear rainbow-colored) like this one, making it an extremely valuable scapolite.

The rainbow iridescence can be seen more clearly by shining some kind of light source such as an LED light or a penlight on it.

Furthermore, depending on the output of the light and the distance from which it is shone, if the light is shone properly, cat's eye-like lines will appear, as shown in the first image.
It is a stone full of charm.

By the way, in paintings it is nicknamed Rainbow Scapolite, but the lines running down its body evoke the image of lustrous angel hair, so in our shop we call it Angel Hair Scapolite.
